Greenlight Urban is a new UK urban industrial and logistics platform developing first-class assets with market-leading specifications and outstanding sustainability credentials. It has been established in a joint venture between Coltham and clients of Delancey Real Estate.

Strategy


Greenlight Urban has acquired five sites in King’s Heath, Redditch, Colnbrook, Milton Keynes, and Reading, which will deliver over 500,000 sq ft of best-in-class industrial and logistics space. We have ambitions to grow our pipeline of best-in-class urban industrial and logistics assets in the near term.
